Filing in forms can be a very simple task with the right instructions. Follow these steps and you should be able to fill out and complete these forms in no time!
Step 1- Simply click on the desired form from the above links.
Step 2- Click FILE
Step 3- Select DOWNLOAD AS then WORD
Step 4 - This will download the file on to your computer. You might have to specify where you would like to save it on your computer. If so, select a place that you can easily access.
Step 5- Open the file on your computer.
Step 6- Fill out the information in the Word document.
Step 7- Save the document with your completed information.
Step 8- Attach the document to an email with an appropriate title. Send the email to tom.evans@rugby.com.au
That should do it! If you follow these simple steps then you save the time of filling out the form manually by hand. If however you desire to fill out to the form by hand, simply print it out and mail it to our address, located within the contact info.
